Terms & Conditions

Reservations, Cancellations & No-Shows

To ensure the highest level of service, all reservations are subject to the following cancellation and no-show policies:

• Cancellations must be made within the applicable cancellation window. If a reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no charge will apply.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total trip fare.

• No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the trip fare based on the reserved vehicle type and service details.

Payment & Additional Fees

• A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other approved forms of payment.

• Additional charges may apply for:

◦ Extra waiting time

◦ Additional stops

◦ Holiday service

◦ Late-night or early-morning pickups

◦ Special requests not included in the original reservation

Waiting Time & Grace Periods

• Private Residence/Hotel Pickups: 25-minute complimentary grace period.

• Domestic Airport Arrivals: 30-minute complimentary grace period.

• International Airport Arrivals: 45-minute complimentary grace period.

• After the grace period, waiting time will be charged at $1.17 per minute.

Passenger Conduct

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times.

• Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Luggage Policy

• Luggage capacity varies depending on the vehicle selected.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage requirements match the reserved vehicle.

• Chauffeurs provide curbside luggage assistance. Additional assistance or excessive luggage may incur additional charges.

Safety & Liability

• Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger conduct compromises safety or violates applicable laws.

• New Luxury Executive Limo Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents, public emergencies, or governmental actions.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service.

• Excessive cleaning resulting from spills, stains, food, beverages, or other passenger-related incidents may result in additional cleaning fees.

Before Your Trip

• Please review all reservation details carefully before your scheduled service.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, and flight information.

• Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional charges, or service interruptions.
